Crocheted Crown

I’m pretty excited about DD2′s new crown. She needed a tiara for our upcoming trip to Disney World. I didn’t want anything expensive, nor did I want something that would shatter in our suitcase. And sadly, we can’t afford to get one actually encrusted w diamonds. =) So I found this fabulous pattern which I adapted to a thinner yarn (Vanna’s Glamour which is actually sparkly!). My conversions for the yarn weight were off the first time so I have one too (shucks!) but in the end, I’ve got one happy princess.
